Uni 21-01-2015 - Guidance on labor code

DECREE NO. 05/2015/NĐ-CP DATED 12 JANUARY 2015 OF GOVERNMENT IN GUIDANCE OF LABOR CODE

Government just issued Decree No. 05/2015/NĐ-CP in guidance of implementation for contents of Labor code.

Contents include:

  • Labor contract
  • Collective negotiation, collective labor agreements
  • Salary
  • Labor discipline, compensate
  • Settlement of Labor Disputes

 

The Decree is effective from 01 Mar 2015
